At Girls Xtensionz Company, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We completely stand behind our hair quality. By ordering our hair, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions whether or not you have read or signed them. All terms of payment are 100% paid in full upfront. As soon as your order is placed, your credit/debit card will be charged. Law will prosecute any fraudulent purchases. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you may be denied access to this business.

Texture Disclaimer

Our hair is separated into 3 categories: Straight, Wavy, and Curly. Be informed that our hair is from human heads and no two heads of hair are exactly alike. That being said, the pictures on our site reflect the typical texture of a bundle from each category, however, the hair you receive may vary slightly (this is not avoidable). Also, all of our hair is single drawn, which means lengths will vary throughout the weft.

Color Disclaimer

We only supply unprocessed virgin hair in natural shades of 1 (black) to 2B (dark brown with natural highlights). If you decide to color the hair, we highly recommend consulting a professional to avoid over processing and damaging. Though it is possible to color the hair, it is also possible to damage the hair. All hair reacts differently to different types of products, regiments and chemicals. Reactions include, but are not limited to, extreme dryness, breakage, shedding, and tangling. Girls Xtensionz is not liable and will not be held accountable for any error occurred due to a chemical service of the consumer’s choice.

Pricing

The pricing listed on the site at the time of check out, is the only price that can and will be honored. All prices are subject to change. Once an order has been placed, you do not have the option to redeem the sale price of any sales made AFTER your order was placed. Coupon codes cannot be applied to pending orders or orders that have already been shipped.

Payment Terms

All terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards through the PayPal service. As soon as you place an order online your credit card/Debit card will be charged.

We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and/or theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address, your order will be placed under our Fraud Verification Process to verify the validity of your credit card or PayPal account, before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, then this may delay the shipping of your order.

Once payment is made there are no cancellations of orders for refund.

Product Availability

If any product is out of stock, it will be shown as “out of stock” or “unavailable” and you will not be able to purchase that product. However you can send us an e-mail at info@thegirlsxtensionz.com stating what item you want and your contact information. Once the product becomes available you will be sent a notification. We will not hold product for clients. The notification is a courtesy to let you know your product is back in stock.

Backorders

Rare, but if a backorder occurs on your item(s); you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will immediately ship item(s) upon arrival. To add, we will contact you by phone or email with the estimated arrival date. If we are unable to ship the backordered item(s) in a reasonable length of time of 7 to 10 days, we will contact you immediately and offer you an option of a full payment refund.

Shipping Details

Be informed that we only process and ship orders Monday – Friday, before 5pm, CST. Please allow up to 3 – 5 business days for your order to be delivered. Tracking information will be provided to customer as soon as order is shipped. Order will arrive within the time frame selected at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

At The Girls Xtensionz Company we maintain a very high level of quality assurance, by taking every bundle of hair through a vigorous process to ensure you are receiving the best quality produce possible. All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

At our sole discretion, we may EXCHANGE products under the following conditions:

  • Requests are made within 3 business days of receipt of product(s).
  • Merchandise must not be used or altered in any way.
  • Item must be returned in original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.
  • Customer is responsible for all reshipment costs, as that is a separate service that has already been used.
  • Any exchange that sums out to a lesser total than the original purchase will result in a store credit of the money owed, as we do not refund ANY costs.

Shipping Delays

The Girls Xtensionz Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the customer, shipping carrier, weather or holidays. (Please keep in mind that holidays do not count as a business day.) We highly recommend that customers do not wait until the last minute to order product, and instead order in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We entrust our shipping partners to deliver your package on time, however, if your package is delayed, we do not offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays.

Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information needed to deliver your package (Address, Apt Number, Etc.). Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS to the address you provide. If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please email us immediately. We will contact the shipping company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending investigation of the situation. The Girls Xtensionz will not resend or refund a package that shows DELIVERED on the shipping companies tracking.

The Girls Xtensionz Company, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.
