Orders are processed Monday – Friday, before 5pm, CST. Please allow up to 3 – 5 business days for your order to be delivered. Tracking information will be provided as soon as order is shipped.
Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an address other than the billing address may cause shipping delays. Billing verification may be required. The Girls Xtensionz Company reserves the right to decline service at our sole discretion.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your items have been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at (331) 425-7200. Please, have your order number available when calling.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for timely shipping in the event of natural disaster or inclement weather. We will work to ensure delivery in the most timely manner possible.
In the rare event that a backorder occurs on your item(s); you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will immediately ship item(s) upon availability. We will contact you by phone or email with the estimated arrival date. If we are unable to ship the backordered item(s) within 7 to 10 business days we will contact you and offer the option of full refund.
Order Cancellation and Modification Policy
Orders can be changed or modified within 24 hours but never cancelled for “full refund”. As we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, due to the nature of the product. Once the order has been placed, we will only make modifications to the order. Please, refer to Return and Exchange Policy.
Return & Exchange Policy
At The Girls Xtensionz Company we maintain a very high level of quality assurance, by taking every bundle of hair through a vigorous process to ensure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary goal to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We offer NO REFUNDS.
At our sole discretion, we may EXCHANGE products under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 3 business days of receipt of product(s).
- Merchandise must not be used or altered in any way.
- Item must be returned in original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.
- Customer is responsible for all reshipment costs.
- Any exchange that is less than the original purchase cost will result in a store credit.
WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE ANY UNRAVELLED BUNDLES.
*The Girls Xtensionz Company has the right to refuse the return/exchange of any item(s) based on the following:
- The merchandise must be returned/exchanged in its original state. We will not accept any hair pieces that have been worn or used, have loosened curls, have visible tangles, have visible hair products, have been bleached, or colored, chemically processed, emits odors, the wefts have been cut into pieces, or hair length or volume is trimmed by cutting.
- The merchandise is damaged.
- Pieces of the product are missing.
- It is past the acceptable 3 days.
- Original tags and packing are missing or damaged.
Return and Exchange Procedure
Our Customer Service Center will personally guide you through your returns and exchanges. For any eligible return or exchange, follow the authorized Return and Exchange procedure illustrated below.
When you receive you item(s), open the bag and visually examine the product to verify if you received the texture and lengths you ordered. You can gently take the hair out of the plastic. At this time you can determine if the products you have received are damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered. Please, contact us immediately with any discrepancy.
Call our customer service number located in the packaging you receive with your order. Our customer service associate will guide you through the exchange procedure.
IMPORTANT: ALL exchanges must be processed by company prior to shipping. Your exchange request cannot be accepted without contacting a representative first! DO NOT ship any purchased item to any address obtained from our website, documents, or packaging without first contacting customer service.
The Girls Xtensionz Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the customer, shipping carrier, weather or holidays. (Please keep in mind that holidays do not count as a business day.) We highly recommend that customers do not wait until the last minute to order products, and instead order in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We entrust our shipping partners to deliver your package on time, however, if your package is delayed, we do not offer any compensation.
FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays.
Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information needed to deliver your package (Address, Apt Number, Etc.). Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS to the address you provide. If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please email us immediately. We will contact the shipping company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending investigation. The Girls Xtensionz will not resend or refund a package that shows DELIVERED on the shipping companies tracking.
Before using your new hair extensions, inspect them thoroughly to ensure the correct length, texture, and quality are as desired. We encourage you to inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product.
Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, all exchange policies are voided.
